Prior to her current position, she served as an Epidemiologist with Riverside County for over 8 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of California Riverside and a Master of Public Health in Research Epidemiology from Loma Linda University. |
Gregory Mercado, MPHHealth Communications CoordinatorGregory Mercado is a Media Communications Coordinator. Greg holds two bachelors, B.A. in Gender Ethnicity Multicultural Studies, B.S. in Health Promotion and a Masters in Public Health. Greg has career experience in community health, media, and marketing. |
Donna Mayer, BA, CEMProgram Director - ELCDonna oversees five Riverside County Health Equity Outreach Teams and manages the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity Program and Countywide Health Equity Strategic Plan project. Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services, Communications and is a Certified Emergency Manager with an extensive background in plan development, outreach, and education. |
Brittany Whitmore, MHAProgram Coordinator IIBrittany co-leads the District 5 Riverside County Health Equity Community Outreach Team. Brittany holds a Master of Health Administration with a concentration in Health Information Technology. |
Andrea Tovar, MPHResearch Analyst (Media)Andrea is a Research Analyst, she holds a Master in Public Health. Andrea has experience in the nonprofit sector working with various community based organizations on Health Equity in Riverside County. |
Adesola Haugabrook, MPHProgram Coordinator IIAdesola is a Program Coordinator II, previously she worked in Prevention and Early Intervention team with Behavioral Health, followed by infectious and communicable disease prevention in the HIV/STD branch. She is a trained program planner and community organizer with a Masters in Public Health-Global Health from Loma Linda University School of Public Health. |

Mary Obideyi, MPHProgram Coordinator IIMary is a Program Coordinator II, who leads the Riverside County Health Coalition. Mary obtained an MPH at California Baptist University and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®), with experience in providing evidence-based training around suicide prevention and mental health. |

Over the past 15 years, she has worked with County residents, partners, and stakeholders, educating on various areas of public health. |
James Jo, DrPhHealth EducatorJames is a Health Educator, he brings experience and expertise as an educator, evaluator, and policy advocate. He has earned DrPH in Preventive Care and MPH in Health Education from Loma Linda University School of Public Health. |
