Justin Chang, Pharm.D.
PGY-1 Resident
Dr. Justin Chang is originally from San Gabriel, California. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of the Pacific, Stockton. His professional interests include internal medicine, psychiatric pharmacy, and informatics. Outside of pharmacy, Justin enjoys playing videogames, tending to his houseplants, learning to cook new foods, and exploring new restaurants.
Zachary Hackworth, Pharm.D.

Dr. Zachary Hackworth is originally from Riverside, California. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from California State University, San Bernardino and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Loma Linda University. His professional interests are varied and include ambulatory care, transitions of care, internal medicine, and emergency medicine. Outside of pharmacy, Zack enjoys rock climbing, riding mountain bikes, playing basketball, watching football, cooking and getting outdoors with family and friends.
Karolina Kapustova, Pharm.D.

Dr. Karolina Kapustova is originally from the Czech Republic and was born in Finland. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Pharmacy. Her professional interests are varied and include emergency medicine and acute care. Outside of pharmacy, Karolina enjoys spending time with her huskies; Kye and Alaska, strength training, creating plant-based meals, and watching her favorite TV show/series.
Stefanie Schwab, Pharm.D.
PGY-1 Resident
Dr. Stefanie Schwab is originally from North Judson, Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry from Saint Mary’s College and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Colorado. Her professional interest is psychiatric pharmacy. Outside of pharmacy, Stefanie enjoys reading and walking her two Wiener dogs, Baxter and Linus.
Haley Andrews, Pharm.D.
PGY-2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Haley Andrews is originally from Pasadena, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. Her professional interests include psychiatric pharmacy. Outside of pharmacy, Haley enjoys painting and spending time with her family and friends.
Connie Kang, Pharm.D.
PGY-2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Connie Kang is originally from San Diego, California. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco. Her professional interests are varied and include psychiatric pharmacy, infectious diseases, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and medication safety. Outside of pharmacy, Connie enjoys doing pilates and yoga, going on mild to moderate intensity hikes, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying a glass of wine while Netflixing.
